Preparation of Project report is a mandatory and statutory requirement as per the Gujarat Ownership of Flats Act and Rules. Project report will consist of Structural Strength Audit, Zoning Certificate, Lay-Out Plan and preliminary projection of carpet area in proposed redevelopment. Legal assessment of land title, its flats and necessary legal action and solution for non-consenting and objecting members. Consultation for passing necessary resolutions and following procedure for starting redevelopment of society. Accounting assessment of members and society land consisting of details about pending maintenance of members, auditing of accounts and details of Home loans, encumbrances or any pending loans against the flats Etc.
